The short version: AJNEXA sells three things: downloadable digital products, creative services, and AMS — our AI marketing software, sold as a subscription. Buy a file and you get instant access to use it in your own personal and commercial projects, but you can’t resell or redistribute it as it is. Subscribe to AMS and you get a fixed term you can stop whenever you like, refunded pro rata for the days you haven’t used. If you are an EU or UK consumer you have a 14-day right to change your mind; for instant downloads you give that right up the moment you start downloading, and for AMS the pro-rata refund replaces it with something more generous. Prices are shown in the currency you choose — US dollar, euro, pound sterling, Australian dollar or Canadian dollar — and your order is charged in that same currency, with any taxes stated at checkout. Services follow a clear brief, timeline and revision process. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without taking away consumer protections you may have in your own country.
Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to every purchase and every use of ajnexa.com and of the services AJNEXA operates from it, including the AMS application at ams.ajnexa.com. AJNEXA is based in Marrakech, Morocco. By creating an account, placing an order, starting a subscription or commissioning a service, you agree to these terms. Everything we sell is delivered digitally, worldwide, in three families: digital products — AI prompt packs, Notion templates, Canva templates, ad creative packs and ebooks; productized creative services; and AMS, our subscription software described below. Digital products licence
When you purchase a digital product, you are buying a licence to use it — not the product’s underlying intellectual property. Your licence works like this:
- You may use the product for your own personal and commercial projects — for example, using our prompt packs in your business, building your workspace on our Notion templates, or adapting our Canva templates and ad creatives for your own brand.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the product itself, whether in its original form or lightly modified — including in bundles, marketplaces, template libraries or file-sharing platforms.
- You may not claim authorship of the product or use it to create a directly competing product for sale.
The licence is granted to you personally (or to your company, if purchased on its behalf) and is non-transferable. If you would like broader rights — such as a team or client licence — contact us and we will find a fair arrangement.
AMS — our subscription software
AMS is a web application at ams.ajnexa.com that runs marketing analyses using AI models — 54 tools covering diagnosis, SEO, advertising, funnels, content and retention. It is sold as a subscription, not as a one-off purchase, and it works differently enough from a downloadable file that it needs its own rules. - A fixed term, and it does not renew by itself. You subscribe for a term you choose — 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months — and for a number of AI experts per analysis. Nothing is ever charged again automatically. When the term ends, it ends. We email you 30 days, 7 days and 3 days before that date so it never takes you by surprise, and renewing is simply a new order you place when you want to, at the renewal rate shown on the pricing page. The price you see today is a launch rate.
- When a term ends. Your account drops back to the free tier — you keep the account and three analyses a month. The reports you have already produced stay readable for a further 30 days before the free-tier retention applies, so nothing disappears the day a term runs out.
- A monthly allowance, not a bank. Each tier includes a monthly allowance of analyses and of processing credits. It resets at the start of each month and unused amounts do not carry over. Credit top-ups bought separately are different: they sit on top of the allowance and are not reset.
- The reports are yours. What AMS produces for you — your reports, in the app or exported — is yours to use freely, including commercially. We claim no rights over your reports and no ownership of the material you submit. Note that AI-generated text may not be protected by copyright in every country, and that another subscriber asking a similar question may receive a similar answer.
- Fair use of the account. A subscription is for one person or one business. Please don’t share your login, resell access, or drive the service automatically outside the API that Premium includes. Where the free tier is concerned, one account per person: opening several to get more free analyses is the one thing that would force us to close them.
- What the reports are, and are not. AMS produces marketing recommendations generated by AI models. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they can contain errors — check any figure before you rely on it. The decisions you take from a report remain yours.
- What we promise about availability. We do not guarantee an uptime figure, because the model providers AMS depends on are sometimes saturated or down and that is outside our control. What we do guarantee: an interrupted analysis is retried automatically, and a failed analysis is never charged to you.
Running an analysis sends what you submit — a page address, a topic, your project context, and the content of the page being analysed — to third-party AI providers. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what leaves our servers, to whom, and for how long your reports are kept. On any point specific to AMS, the AMS Subscription Terms complete these terms; for everything else, this page applies.
Pricing, taxes and currency
Prices on the site are shown in the currency you select: US dollar (USD), euro (EUR), pound sterling (GBP), Australian dollar (AUD) or Canadian dollar (CAD). The US dollar is the default; your choice is remembered across the site and applies to AMS subscriptions as well. Your order is charged in the currency displayed at checkout, so the amount you confirm is the amount taken — not a conversion applied afterwards. If the card or account you pay with is denominated in a different currency from the one you selected, your bank or payment provider may still apply its own conversion and fee, which we do not control. Any taxes that apply to your purchase are shown at checkout before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged. We may change prices from time to time, but the price you see and confirm at checkout is the price that applies to that order.
Delivery
All products are delivered digitally and instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links are made available on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and in your account area. Nothing is shipped physically. If a download link does not work, email us and we will fix it promptly — you will never lose access to something you paid for because of a technical issue on our side. An AMS subscription is delivered the same way: your access opens as soon as payment is confirmed, and the subscription runs from that moment.
EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase and receive a refund, without giving a reason. How that works depends on what you bought — a file behaves differently from a subscription, so the two are set out separately.
Downloadable products
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, a specific rule applies:
- If you have not started downloading the files, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully available and we will refund you on request.
- By starting the download, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is the standard rule for digital content supplied immediately, and it is the point at which we consider the product delivered.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or not as described — those are always remedied.
AMS subscriptions
A subscription is a service, not a file, so the download rule above does not apply to it. You have the same 14 days to change your mind. By running your first analysis you ask us to start the service immediately, which under EU and UK rules means you would owe us the part already performed. We go further than the law asks and apply the same rule at any time, not only in the first 14 days: stop whenever you want and we refund the days you have not used, pro rata, plus the unused balance of any credit top-up. That is more favourable to you than the statutory position, and it is the rule we apply.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information — especially your email address, since that is where your purchases are delivered and where AMS sends sign-in and password-reset messages. The store account on ajnexa.com and the AMS account are separate sign-ins today; both belong to you and both are covered by these terms. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or systematic violation of the product licence, after informing you where reasonably possible.
Creative services
Alongside our products, we offer productized creative services. To keep things smooth for both of us:
- Briefs. Each service starts from the brief you provide. The clearer the brief, the better the result — we may ask clarifying questions before starting, and work only begins once the brief is confirmed.
- Delivery timelines. Each service lists an estimated delivery timeline, which starts once we have your confirmed brief and payment. Timelines are estimates made in good faith; if something will take longer, we will tell you as early as possible.
- Revisions. Each service includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Revisions cover adjustments within the original brief; new requirements or a change of direction count as a new brief and may be quoted separately.
- Your materials. You confirm that any content you provide for a service (logos, text, images) is yours to use, and you remain responsible for it.
Intellectual property
All products, content and materials on ajnexa.com and in the AMS application — including product files, text, graphics, the software itself and our branding — remain the intellectual property of AJNEXA or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you the licence described above, nothing more; subscribing to AMS grants you the right to use the software for the term you paid for, not any right in the software. Two things are carved out and belong to you: the material you submit to AMS, and the reports it generates for you. For creative services, once the final deliverable is paid in full, you receive the rights to use it for the purpose it was created for, as described in the service listing; we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
We put real care into everything we sell, but digital products and creative services are provided “as is” for the purposes described in their listings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJNEXA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost business — arising from the use of our products or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned — for a subscription, the amount you paid over the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Dispute resolution — talk to us first
If something goes wrong, we would much rather fix it than fight about it. Please contact us first at support@ajnexa.com with the details, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue quickly — most problems are sorted out this way. If we still cannot reach a resolution, any dispute is subject to the governing law below, and nothing here prevents you, as a consumer, from bringing a claim before the courts or consumer bodies available to you where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the laws of the country where you live — those rights remain fully yours.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your purchase. If a change materially affects a running subscription, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect, and you can stop your subscription under the refund rules above if you do not accept it.
